More About Kevin
Kevin has been making music since a young age (a toy Casio piano being his first instrument, followed by a Hohner acoustic which would be the first of many beat-up guitars) but he started seriously writing and recording at age 18 when he teamed up with long-term writing partner Alan Matthews.
They would go on to record and perform indie and electronic pop together under the name Versives. They spent years developing their sound both on their own and with producer Ciarán O’ Shea and other musical collaborators. They went on to tour Germany funded by Culture Ireland and their music featured on, among others, MTV’s The Real World, TV3’s The Apprentice, and All Access.
In late 2015 Kevin started Inner Chapter as a DIY label to release his early solo material as Circuits of Heaven. In 2016 Inner Chapter was officially formed as a music production company and independent record label.
